We had a special guest today Ramji joined us as Shivram ji had to go on emergency to India so we Ram ji started the class and started our class by our daily prayers and Ganesh Pancharatnam.
We continued to learn Nirvana Shatakam by Aadi shankaracharya. We request you all to help children in learning this and also please make them practice at home.
Ram ji asked kids to introduce themselves and spoke about how balavihar helps the kids and the importance of our scriptures and how it helps us to develop as individuals.
We played a game, where in a box kids were asked to pick up chit, each chit had a topic which they had to talk about for a minute or two and then it had a chocolate as their treat. Most of the kids did pretty well as we covered various topics from September till Jan end. Few kids were not able to do it but everyone got a treat. We continued on to India, the sacred land. We started to learn about the contributions of our ancient historians to society. We concluded with our Gita chanting by learning new verses 26-27. It was about time to leave for us to attend the Grade 3 Monthly program at the prayer hall.With pranams,
