Sep 18, 2022 - Grade 7 (Sunday PM)

Hari Om,

We are very excited to start in-person classes this year. We are also very happy to see parents last Sunday to visit and know about the class curriculum and events.

We started off the class with a fun riddle "What do you say when the Statue of Liberty sneezes?". Kids gave very interesting answers. And if you want to know the right answer, well, ask your kid!!

We then did pranayama 3 times, chanted OM, starting prayers and daily prayers. We explained in class the benefits of Pranayama which increases the flow of oxygen into our body, helping calm the mind and improving mindfulness.

We emphasized the importance of daily prayers starting from the time we wake till we sleep.
(Page11 – Prayer 1. Karagre to Page 13 - Prayer 6. Kara-Carana)

We had a fun icebreaker game with kids to know about each other.
