We started the class with a breathing exercise, chanted OM, and recited prayers.
After this, the entire class discussed the preparation of the Grade 7 monthly program and ideas were exchanged between the teachers and the students. We will continue this discussion in the next few classes also. .
We then started the fifth chapter of the "Key to Success" book. This chapter is called "Boomerang". We discussed that what you throw in the world that alone the world returns to you! If you smile, people smile back; if you frown, people frown back to you! If you plant radish
seeds, you get radish. If you plant tomatoes, you get only tomatoes and not avocados. The law is what goes around comes around. As you sow, so shall you reap is the boomerang effect.

Life is a boomerang. If I am convinced that what I do, physically, mentally, or intellectually, I alone get the result, then, I must be on guard, be aware of what I do all the time. As I act, so will be the result. If we are kind, the world will be kind to us.
Some of the children had made a paper boomerang at home and brought it to class.We even played with this boomerang in the class!. It was fun!
After this we chanted verses 26 and 27 of the Bhagavad Gita - Chapter 3 (Karma Yoga). We then joined the rest of the grades in the Temple auditorium for Arati and Pledge.
